Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of the platform updowntrends provided by szsolutions – sole proprietorship, represented by Dr. David Szczesny. Provider identification can be found in the legal notice (Imprint). Conflicting customer terms shall not apply unless expressly confirmed in writing.
The provider offers a software-as-a-service platform that performs AI-powered technical chart analysis and calculates probabilities for up/down price movements. This is expressly not investment advice or a recommendation. Users receive access to the platform and its features only.
Access to paid services requires a user account. Users must provide accurate information and ensure the security of their credentials. Accounts may be suspended or deleted in cases of violations or unpaid fees.
By completing the Stripe payment process, the user submits a binding offer. The contract becomes effective once the payment is confirmed and access is activated.
The following models are available: Monthly subscription (recurring, cancellable at any time for the next cycle) and Daily Pass (24-hour access, ends automatically). Payment is processed via Stripe.
Users expressly agree that the provider begins delivering the digital service before the withdrawal period expires. The right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun (EU Directive Art. 16).
The provider does not guarantee specific uptime. Maintenance or updates may temporarily restrict access.
All data and forecasts are for informational purposes only. The provider is not liable for financial losses or decisions based on platform data, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. No guarantee is given for accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
The published Privacy Policy of the website applies.
The Daily Pass ends automatically. The monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time for the next billing cycle. The provider may terminate for good cause.
German law applies where permitted. If the user is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the provider’s business location. Invalid clauses do not affect the remainder of the terms.
